Full service manufacturing

Sourcing

One of the most difficult things for a small fashion brand is sourcing materials and creating samples. We offer a premium sourcing service which covers everything needed for production.

Development

Project SGN carefully processes each sample in order to ensure a high level of accuracy and to save costs.

Quality Control

At Project SGN, we take quality control very seriously. We can provide personal inspections throughout all phases of production, including an additional bulk inspection before shipping.

Tech-packs

Technical specifications are an integral component to the entire process. We can provide these as a service to maintain accuracy and accountability throughout the process.

Patterns

These are the templates from which all parts of the garment are made. We can create these to your specification as part of a complete service package.

Production

Once the production samples have been approved, we can start on a bulk order of the product. During the production of this order, we may follow up with photographs, video clips, and quality control reports. We may control all aspects of the production process in order to ensure timelines are met.

Packing

We help clients pack and prepare the product for retail by placing labels and hang tags at the client's request. We can also include a packing list and other related documentation.

Shipping

After passing the final quality control steps, we can compare international shipping quotes and time estimates to determine the best option.

Our sampling studio

Project SGN provides a unique service for low quantity production orders. We accept orders from a few to thousands of pieces per style per colour. Our sampling workshop offer a fast-sampling service with the highly skilled textile workforce.

Our team

We are an excellent international team of local and US members. We can fluently manage local factory partners and native communication with international brands, typically from US, UK, AUS ect…

Production factories

To handle high volume bulk orders, we work with a network of partner factories. We will guide and instruct the partners to produce high quality standards as per clients’ approval. We can handle production from 1000pcs to 10,000pcs per style per colour.
