Sourcing
One of the most difficult challenges for a small fashion brand is sourcing materials and creating samples. We offer a premium sourcing service which covers both fabrics and trims for sampling and production.
Sample Development
Project SGN provides tech-packs and pattern making services. These documents ensure that we can process each sample to a high level of accuracy and save costs as much as possible.
Production
Once production samples have been approved, we can process a bulk order of the final approval. We may follow up throughout the production process with photographs, video clips, and quality control reports. We control all aspects of the production process in order to ensure that timelines are met.
Quality Control
At Project SGN, we take quality control very seriously. We can provide personal inspections throughout all phases of production, including additional bulk inspections before shipping.
Packing & Shipping
After it passes the final phase of quality control, we can help prepare the product for retail by placing labels and hang tags the clients request. We compare international shipping quotes and time estimates to determine the best option, and arrange delivery to their address.
