Our Story
Throughout our time working with fashion brands in the United Kingdom and United States, we have come to understand the unique advantages of manufacturing in Vietnam as well as the challenges that are presented by the disparity between prevailing communication and management styles. Project SGN was created to manifest the best of both worlds. We ensure that international clients receive the highest quality service available at the best possible value.
Our company
Project SGN is a collective of manufacturers in and around Saigon. We provide an all-in-one service for small business which includes tech packs, materials sourcing, samples and production, quality control and shipping.
Our team
We are an international team consisting of both American and Vietnamese members. We are able to manage production by local manufacturing partners while communicating natively with brands in North America, Australia, United Kingdom and Europe.
Our sampling studio
Project SGN provides a unique service for low quantity production orders. We may accept orders for a few pieces, up to thousands of pieces per style and color. Our sampling workshop offers a highly skilled fast-sampling service and can produce high quality items in low volumes.
Production factories
In order to complete high volume bulk orders, we work with a network of partner factories. We will guide the manufacturing process to ensure the standard of quality as per the client's approval. This way we can handle productions from a thousand pieces to tens of thousands of pieces per style and color.
